Shipping policy

Order processing time

• Our order is processed within 1-2 days after receiving the order. 
• We roast coffee Sunday through Friday.
• We roast to order only.
• We do not stock pre-roast coffee. So, guarantee the "fresh roast every order."
• If you place the order after 6 pm, your order will be processed in the next few days. 

Shipping 

• Free Local pickup. The coffee is usually ready within 24 hours after roasting from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. You will receive an email when it is ready for pickup. 
• We use USPS and UPS for carriers. You will get notified when orders are shipped, and you can track your order.
